Small Group Session

Small Group sessions are a maximum of 4 people. There is an option to join the current one or start a new. Group sessions need a minimum of 2 people.

  • $50 pp x1 Session Weekly

1 on 1 Personal Training

Personal training offers the highly level of service and is the fastest way to see success

  • $65 for 30 minutes (Twice Weekly Minimum)

  • $100 for 45 Minutes

  • $125 for 60 minutes
